And process Ratification of Title (in respect of hitherto acquired land).

Corporate Debt Recovery

We engage in corporate debt recovery and our strategy always depends on the security in place. We approach Court for orders to sell properties subject to equitable mortgage; advice clients to go ahead and dispose of properties subject of legal mortgage while waiting to defend any litigation that may arise therefrom; and file petition for winding up in circumstances where the credit is unsecured.

Litigation Law

We institute or defend matters founded on criminal law, contract, tort, recovery of possession, declaration of title to land, forfeitures, debt recovery, winding up of Company, Fundamental Human Rights Actions, acting as Receivers, e.t.c.
